If you have any issues with your charging session, please send an email to email@example.com within seven (7) days of the session's completion and we will work with you to make it right.
Neither FreeWire or our deployment partners (Hawaiian Electric, LinkedIn, etc.) share your User Information with any third party. User Information is used solely to identify you and your vehicle so we can provide the service and to improve our charging service over time.
To help protect the privacy of the data you transmit through the website, web app, or mobile apps, FreeWire uses industry-standard, secure server software that encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us. However, please keep in mind that the website and apps are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may from time to time require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.
